Patricia A King MST,CMA,CFE,CBM Pat is the founding partner of the firm. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware and her Masters Degree in Taxation from Widener University.She became a Certified Management Accountant in 1996 and a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Quick Books Pro Advisor in 2000. Pat has extensive experience working in the small business arena. She is a part time instructor at a Delaware University. She is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Association of Professionals in Business Management, and the National Association of Tax Professionals.   James I Clark, Jr. PA James is a licensed Public Accountant. He has over 20 years experience in the preparation of individual tax returns and 25 years experience providing consulting, accounting and tax planning services to small businesses. He has supplemented his education with courses offered by the AICPA in the areas of GAAP, FASB, and tax law. He is currently serving as Controller for a major manufacturing firm located in New Castle DE.
